Major Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for deliverables of the PFMEA has been established throughout the Customer Program Implementation (CPI) process.
2. Be responsible for updating PFMEA during LSR, Manufacturing Change Notices, Customer Complaints and Corrective Actions.
3. Organize the management to participate in the Continuous Improvement MINI-LSR once a week and follow up the open issues.
4. Support audit that related to the manufacturing engineering.
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering /Automation/ Material is required.
2. Able to understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and control.
3. Good knowledge about automotive standard and tools are required, like IATF16949, AIAG,VDA , BIQS,PFMEA, SWI,OCP, etc..
4. Good English communication skill in oral
