1.bachelor degree or above,major in electrical or mechenical engineering.
2.three years experience or more in battery manufacturing technologies or projectmanagement;
3.familiarwith npi process,especially dfema and pfmea tools and applications;
4.familiarwith 8d,5w1h,pdca etc tools;
5.familiarwith powerpoint software and other office software and cad software.
