工作內(nèi)容：
work content:
1. 根據(jù)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，協(xié)助上級(jí)開展進(jìn)口家居（家具，建材，飾品類產(chǎn)品）的供應(yīng)鏈開發(fā)，品牌品類 整合等各項(xiàng)工作；assist the director to develop the supply chain and integrate the brands and categories of imported furnishings(furniture, building materials and home decoration included) under the guidance of company strategy;
2. 善用公司的各種資源和渠道，協(xié)助上級(jí)制定年度的和長(zhǎng)期的品牌運(yùn)營(yíng)策略和創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式；assist the director to formulate the annual or long term brand operation plan and innovate a new business mode by taking advantage of company’s resources and channels;
3. 負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)口家居的國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)調(diào)研，分析和預(yù)案，及時(shí)掌握行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)，競(jìng)品信息，以及其他相關(guān)政策和資訊；be responsible for the market research, analysis and prejudgment of imported furnishing both domestic and abroad markets; collect the industry dynamics, competition information and other relative policies and information;
4. 負(fù)責(zé)與海外供應(yīng)商的合作談判，展望及落地，維護(hù)與供應(yīng)商的長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系；in charge of the negotiation with suppliers abroad, the maintenance of long term cooperation and forecast and fulfillment of cooperation;
5. 利用自身對(duì)審美和品位的把握度，對(duì)時(shí)尚流行趨勢(shì)的敏感度，準(zhǔn)確把握公司的品牌品類定位，制定品牌品類發(fā)展方向及完善品牌品類的管理制度與執(zhí)行流程；to accurately position the brands and categories of the company and formulate the development direction, management system and executive procedure of the brands and categories by taking advantage of the good command of an eye and taste for beauty and visual acuity for the fashion trend ;
6. 參與跨境電商的模式探索，推進(jìn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)的構(gòu)建和落地；take part in the exploration of e-commerce and construction and execution of internet operation;
7. 參與組織協(xié)調(diào)采購(gòu)，跟單，物流，倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)，品控和售后的整套進(jìn)口流程。take part in the coordination of procurement, order following-up, logistics, warehouse, quality control and aftersales;
8.協(xié)助上級(jí)完成年度規(guī)劃和指標(biāo)，以及其他相關(guān)工作。assist the director to complete the annual planning and target and other related works.
任職資格：
jobqualification:
1.教育水平：國(guó)際貿(mào)易或英語(yǔ)類相關(guān)專業(yè)，大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷；英語(yǔ)四級(jí)及以上證書；education background: bachelor or above degree, majored in international trade and english; cet-4 or above certificate;
2.身體條件：身體健康；health condition: healthy;
3.年齡要求：30歲以上；age demand: at least 30 years old;
4.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：5年以上進(jìn)口家居行業(yè)（家具，建材，飾品類產(chǎn)品）的采購(gòu)或選品經(jīng)驗(yàn)。對(duì)海外供應(yīng)商，品牌商，設(shè)計(jì)公司有一定資源渠道者優(yōu)先。work experience: over five years purchasing or brands selection experience in imported home furnishings (furniture, building materials, and decoration included).
5. 基本常識(shí)：熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件，如ppt、word、excel、oa；basic skills: proficient in the application of ms office，like ppt, word, excel, oa;
6. 技能技巧：熟練的英文讀寫，聽說能力。有國(guó)外工作學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；working skills: proficient in reading, writing, listening, speaking of english, work or study experience abroad preferred;
7. 綜合能力：熟悉國(guó)際貿(mào)易政策和常識(shí)，以及整套進(jìn)口流程；具備很好的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力，規(guī)劃能力和執(zhí)行力；具備時(shí)尚生活概念和中高端家居流行趨勢(shì)的判斷力；具備進(jìn)口家居市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析和信息整合的能力；integrated skills: basic knowledge about international trade policy and whole import operation process; good communication, planning and executive ability; good sense of the fashion life concept and mid & high end furnishing trend; the analysis and integration ability of imported furnishing market data and information;
