Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Mission

Your mission is to support small feeder development and industrialization



您的使命是支持小螺釘送釘項目開發(fā)以及工業(yè)化



Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

61 Support screw feeder local engineering related activity, as main contact point between Division project team and ICA

61 Responsible on screw feeding product in house testing and validation

61 Support field test activity

61 Provide engineering and basic design idea to project team in division

61 Collaborate with local sourcing team to speed up sourcing of prototype parts and supplier validation

61 Continuously gather customer inputs on technical needs and coming changes in production environment e.g., by doing VoCs and customer visits with sales.

61 Lead local adaptations for specific screw size

61 Coordinate cross functional team for different activities mentioned above





任務職責包括但不限于:

61 提供小螺絲送釘機開發(fā)相關的本地工程技術支持，作為總部項目團隊和ICA之間的主要溝通窗口

61 負責相關產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)部測試和驗證

61 支持客戶現(xiàn)場測試活動

61 為總部項目團隊提供送釘機相關的基本工程設計建議

61 與本地采購團隊合作加快原型機相關零部件的采購和供應商的驗證

61 持續(xù)收集客戶技術需求，關注客戶生產(chǎn)方式的變化

61 負責送釘機螺釘相關部分的本地設計

61 基本獨立的協(xié)調(diào)跨部門團隊完成上述職責





Education
