Objectives of the Position ：Focus on the plant reliability, special equipment management, SAP PM master data optimization and project management to ensure the right and timely service support to internal customers著重工廠可靠性分析、特種設(shè)備管理、SAP PM 主數(shù)據(jù)的維護和項目管理，以保證給內(nèi)部客戶提供正確及時的服務(wù)。Main Tasks環(huán)保\健康\安全 EHS· 在各項維修與工程項目活動中，完全遵守并符合公司EHS相關(guān)制度與流程。Strictly abide by the EHS rules and regulations of the company during any maintenance and engineering activity.· 及時向主管報告不符合EHS要求的行為和設(shè)施，從而確保EHS持續(xù)提高。Report any incorrect behavior to keep continuous EHS improvement.維修 Maintenance· 提供維修人員以充足的現(xiàn)場維修支持和技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。Provide maintenance personal with adequate on-site maintenance support and technical training.· 持續(xù)優(yōu)化預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)計劃。Continuously optimize PM plan· 維護SAPPM 系統(tǒng)Maintain SAP PM master data as SAP Key user· 特種設(shè)備管理Special equipment management to fulfill legal and company’s requirement· 工廠可靠性Lead plant reliability analysis based on maintenance data to improve plant reliability (RCA, RBM, Bad actor…)日常改造和小項目 Small modifications and projects· 有效實施并管理所負(fù)責(zé)的小項目和常規(guī)設(shè)備改造，確保按時、按質(zhì)完成，并控制項目費用在預(yù)算之內(nèi)。Responsible for monitoring and controlling the small modifications and projects scope, schedule, quality and cost.承包商管理 Contractor management· 有效地管理維修和施工承包商和設(shè)備供應(yīng)商。Keep good management for maintenance/construction contractor and equipment suppliers.Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position· Education: Bachelor or above· Working Experience: 3 years or above as the similar position.· Technical
