1. Talent: Based on competency model and position profile, recruit the right person in time and ensure smooth induction; conduct validation panel and develop staffing plan for SV, and ensure its implementation. Recruit and develop Mi-stars as per program. Support to training activities and local initiation.2. Engage and motivate: Facilitate Townhall and Daring spirit deployment; nominate, calibrate and communicate culture awards. 3. Performance management: Conduct monthly sales incentive calculation and analysis, bottom performer ranking and action plan, animate and ensure monthly sales incentive
