Maintain and monitor all Hosting and EUC (End User Computing) systems in day-to-day to meet MMG's current and future requirements. ? Work with line manager, cross function IT team members and IT partners to design, optimize and deliver infrastructure solutions. ? Responsible for management, maintenance of storage, virtualised environment, servers, network devices, and productivity tools. ? Monitor systems and identify performance issues, work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timeframes. ? Monitors service delivery compliance to agreed SLA between MMG and service providers ? Work collaboratively with 3rd party service providers to ensure operation excellent. Maintain professional working relationships with all 3rd party service providers and vendors to ensure services received meet expected requirements of contract and SLAs ? Professionally represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects. ? Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends. ? Reinforce MMG’s technology standards, process and framework in day to day operations ? Work with partner to review the data recovery and backup solutions, (on-premise cloud) DC environment, EUC (End User Computing) solutions Requirements: ? Minimum 8 years’ experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in a complex ICT environment ?
