Key Job Accountabilities

Scientific leadership
oCompetence in resolving analytical problems. Design, propose and implement schemes with reasonable assumption, give accurate and representative answers with different tools.
oTake initiative to learn and share expertise and new ideas in internal and external collaboration, put into practice with team.
oAdapt technologies from other areas for better understanding/knowledge to cosmetics and skin/scalp.

Translate scientific knowledge into business growth
oAcquire the purpose and initiatives of project in collaboration, able to provide proposals and technical solutions, ensure interpretation.
oParticipate in the external / internal communication of the lab by working on reports and / or presentation.

Participate in leading and developing team to achieve results
oTransfer his/ her knowledge and know how, provide technical support to colleagues in certain projects.
oBuild a network of technical partnerships in his/her domain.
oPromote respect for safety and quality procedures in lab, as well as the procedures implemented for compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Skills
·Master degree or above with more than 3 years working experience in analytical chemistry, bioanalytical chemistry, etc. Skilled with analytical techniques, such as LC/MS, IC, and spectrometers.
·Ability to creatively develop new instrumental methods/protocol to response request.
·Proficient in using knowledge of analytical chemistry or other disciplines to analyze complex problems; propose constructive analytical solutions to stakeholders.
·Design test schemes with reasonable assumption, implement with verification, give accurate and representative answers.
·Efficient and impressive communication with internal and external partners to ensure transmission of results, promotion of technical expertise.
·Strong data management and analysis skills is preferred.
·Experience in bioanalysis is preferred.
·Experience in studies of lipidomics is preferred.
·Fluent in speaking and good in writing English.
