崗位為寶馬業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化崗位，for部門不同的項目板塊
需要跟業(yè)務(wù)去溝通，基于現(xiàn)有流程進(jìn)行變更，也需要跟產(chǎn)品同事去溝通
產(chǎn)品需求也需要溝通清楚
需要懂畫業(yè)務(wù)流程圖，最好是有同行業(yè)做過流程梳理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
英語能滿足基礎(chǔ)閱讀理解及書面郵件，無口語要求
目前該崗位寶馬總部暫無正式HC，通過寶馬的面試，簽訂正式勞動合同（與外企德科簽訂），崗位預(yù)算約16K*12左右（按14K基數(shù)繳納，北京最高比例），入職試用期開始繳納當(dāng)?shù)禺?dāng)?shù)厣绫Ｎ咫U一金，補(bǔ)充醫(yī)療保險，試用期薪資不打折，其他政策同任職部門，若有HC不排除轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)可能性，不保證。
Task:
Mainly responsible on FSM on new sales process and IT requirement.
Assist to continuously collect and statistic new identified problem and requirement; assist to discuss and complete new sales process, which could impact other business function. If it has IT change, assist to prepare 4/ the L3L4 process within timeline.
Collect and document FSM sales process.
Assist to discuss and align with IT teams about IT requirement, assist to prepare UAT cases and complete UAT.
Clearly understand about current FSM designed process and have strong team
Deliverable:
Keep and document all updated business process.
Make sure new identified business process in following progress, which meet to business requirement.
About the process with new IT requirement, make sure all L3L4 complete within required period, and make sure all the requirement 100% meet to business need ;
Success to complete UAT and make sure IT implementation follow business requirement;
Make sure there is no conflict during parallel projects after project go live.
