崗位職責(zé) - develop and execute world-class creative that is aligned with our brand guidelines and values. - apply research, strategy, and systems thinking to address complex communication challenges and collaborate closely with internal and external partners to develop a seamless brand and product visual communications. - develop and maintain a deep understanding of visual language and storytelling, with a focus on differentiation between our flagship product lineup and midrange product lineup visual language and storytelling. - collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, art directors, and internal marketing and product team members to execute creative work, such as films, animations, renders, product photography, lifestyle photography, and more. - manage creative projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - collaborate with external creative production vendors in china and globally to ensure that their work meets our standards and expectations. 任職要求 - bachelor's degree in communications design or equivalent, and an outstanding portfolio, featuring unique ideas, integrated campaigns, and aesthetic sensitivity. - minimum of 5-7 years’ demonstrated experience designing in an agency setting or within brand-side operations. - fluency in visual languages—symbols, systems, graphic design, typography, images, interactions, and time-based media. - ability to work on a global team across time zones, with an understanding of cultural nuances. - strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities required to be able to produce multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with attention to detail. - proficiency in multiple mediums including a combination of graphic, photography, 3d, animation, video, and film. - technical skill in common combination tools. - bilingual in mandarin and english is a plus. - must be willing and able to travel on business trips.
