職責(zé)描述： 1、負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試方法/工裝的開發(fā)、審核、驗(yàn)證、管理，制定相應(yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書 Responsible for testing method/fixture development, review, verification and management, working out testing working instruction 2、對實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)，做好試驗(yàn)報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù)審核，對實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告進(jìn)行有效管理 Responsible for testing data/result review of testing report, managing testing report in effective way 3、負(fù)責(zé)對不良測試項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確的分析 Responsible for failure testing result analyzing in scientific and accurate method 4、負(fù)責(zé)外發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)的管理工作，實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作流程改進(jìn) Manage testing which needs external Lab support, responsible for Lab working process improvement 5、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段測試項(xiàng)目、方法的制定及客戶溝通 Responsible for testing item, method definition and communication with customer 6、負(fù)責(zé)如連接器、注塑件等產(chǎn)品的測量 Responsible for dimension measurement of products such like connector and grommet. 7、負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)測量工具，規(guī)范測量程序 Responsible for maintaining test machine and improving test procedure 8、負(fù)責(zé)其他的測量工作和設(shè)備維護(hù) Responsible for other testing work and device maintaining. 9、參與制定新產(chǎn)品測量方案并組織實(shí)施； Take part in editing test program for new component. 10、對本崗位的工作目標(biāo)和工作計(jì)劃的完成負(fù)責(zé)； Responsible for work target and work plan. 11、完成上級交代的其他工作 Complete other work assigned 任職要求： 1. 熟悉實(shí)驗(yàn)室相關(guān)操作規(guī)程，具備測試實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理能力 Familiar with operating instruction of testing Lab, with capability to manage the Lab 2. 熟悉塑料件/連接器類產(chǎn)品的材料、機(jī)械、環(huán)境、電氣性能等測試規(guī)范和方法 Familiar with testing spec and method of Material, Mechenical, Enviornment, Electricial performance for plastic part/connector product 3. 能熟練操作和使用各種機(jī)械/環(huán)境檢測設(shè)備和儀器 Can operate various testing equipment for mechnical/environment test 4. 熟練操作三坐標(biāo)測量儀、熟練測量程序編制，并會使用影像測量儀和其它通用量具； Familiar with CMM , test procedure editing, image measuring instument and other measuring tools. 5. 較強(qiáng)的動手能力，能夠自主/協(xié)調(diào)開發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)所需相關(guān)工裝夾具 With strong handicraft ability, develop necessary testing fixture by selves and/or with coordinating 6. 能熟練識別圖紙和形位公差 Familiar wiht drawing and GD
