工作職責(zé)
* Report to NSA head and manage the key initiatives to ensure the high
quality delivery.
* Act as PMO to lead planning, charter development and governance for NSA
team strategic initiatives.
* Track the progress and implementation of NSA team strategic initiatives.
* Coordinate across NSA strategic initiatives with project leads, evaluate
risks and interdependencies across projects and identify synergistic
opportunities.
* Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support NSA product
planning and business decision-making.
* Build business know-hows and knowledge base generated from strategic
initiatives to articulate and replicate within BU.
任職要求
* Bachelor degree or above, master's in business, science or engineering is a
plus.
* Project Management knowledge or respective experience is a must-have,
working experience in leading consulting firm is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills to leverage a variety oftechnical platforms for
collection, review, and dissemination of projects.
* Ability to cope under pressure and diligent with attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with individuals
from a variety ofdisciplines at all levels.
* Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
* Fluent Chinese and English.
