Participate the CIP workshop concerning related equipment and process to reduce the downtime, changeover time and enhance the stability and OEE. 7. Professional problem solving method (PSS, 8D) for equipment/TPM problems. 8. Weekly meeting with supervisor to review defined topics and tasks status. 9. Training and coaching service technician, regularly evaluation technician. 10. Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables parts. 11. Owner of Documentation，and regular update of documents (FMEA, PQP, TPM, WI, etc.). 12. Willing to accept new challenge and embrace new technology and knowledge with enthusiasm. 13.
