The Lean Analyst is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and assisting with the Lean deployment across the organization. This position will support facility projects and efforts related to Lean continuous improvement under the guidance of Lean Black Belts and Lean Master Black Belts.

JOB DUTIES:

Lean Analysts support the Lean Black Belts and Master Black Belts as a Lean liaison to various teams to solve problems. They support the identification of waste and pain-points in the process using Lean tools and supporting the development of presentations and reports.

Supporting the development of ""To-Be"" processes, documenting identified policy and procedure gaps, and a plan to implement the future state, are also part of the Lean Analyst’s responsibilities.
