Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of design, including internal and external communication, project design and engineering, technical standards setup and supervision.

2. Attend overall project coordination meetings, manages project design setup and follow-up according to project start-up checklists and design management checklists, as well as the project scope of work to manage the project deliverable plan.

3. Submit to the project manager for approval and regularly report the current status to the project manager and regional engineering manager.

4. Provides monthly reports for project design and inputs to the monthly project report.

5. Review project scope, design deliverables, and the related design organization regularly.

6. Manage project design manpower planning in collaboration with the project manager.

7. Establishes and maintains the project engineering execution plan and related project procedures.

8. Communicate and implement engineering execution plan to the project team, conduct training as required.

Experience，Skills, and Knowledge

1. At least 8 years working experience in design management or engineering management.

2. Major in Design or Engineering related, oversea background is a plus.

3. Experience working with international engineering / design companies and clients.

4. Strong technical background and wide knowledge on different disciplines in Engineering such as Process, Mechanical, HVAC, and Electrical.

5. Good communication skills in both external communications (with clients) and also internal inter-discipline communication.

6. Acceptable for travel.

7. Proficient in both oral and written English.
