Job Responsibilities: 1. In charge of the global recruiting system establishment 2. Mainly focus on overseas (Australia Manila) TALENT AQUISITION, to manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding; 3. Be familiar with the labor law and regulations in Australia; 4. Establish the core talent pool, talent mapping , competitors’ human resource research with effective talent aquisation plan. 5.
