DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Manager, Global Merchandise Sourcing is responsible for a Sourcing within the Global
Merchandise Sourcing organization. The Senior Manager, Global Merchandise Sourcing has responsibility for ensuring the development and execution of short-term (seasonal) and long-term sourcing strategies that support
the creative direction while ensuring margin objectives and all other high-level business deliverables are met or
exceeded. The Senior Manager is expected to support and drive team and suppliers to meet company’s goal,
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Develops, mentors and trains teams providing appropriate direction, resources and environment needed for
success.
o Manages global initiatives, projects, processes
