Summary:

Analysis demand, plan for the production to ensure both production running and customer order on-time delivery

分析需求，計劃生產，確保生產運行和客戶訂單及時發(fā)出

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analysis and follow the master production/engineering plan to perform suitable daily loading arrangement. 分析并依據主生產或工程計劃來合理安排日常生產工作

2. Follow up the loading completion status and communicate with in-house/ sub-contractors to achieve the better loading goal. Highlight the obvious production/engineering issues timely.

   跟蹤生產進度完成情況，與物流內部和分包商溝通，達到更佳的生產目標。及時地標注強調明顯的生產或工程問題。

3. Coordinate with related departments to solve the production/engineering issues in time. 與相關部門協作，及時解決生產或工程部問題

4. Create pick list with special control concerns for customer order shipments on time. 及時為需要特殊控制的客戶發(fā)貨單創(chuàng)建領料單。

5. Execute upper management instructions on time, on target. 及時并準確地執(zhí)行上級領導的指示。

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree and major in English, Industrial/ Business Management, Engineering,Logistic or equivalent.本科學歷，英語、工業(yè)管理、工程、物流等相關專業(yè)。

2. 3 years or above experience in semiconductor manufacturing 2年及以上半導體工廠經驗

3. Familiar with related MRP/ERP systems 熟悉MRP或者相關的ERP系統(tǒng)

4. Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading and listening 英語聽說讀寫流利

5. Good at Microsoft Office software 擅長微軟辦公軟件

6. Skillfull in communication and coordination 良好的溝通協調能力。
