Responsibilities:- Ensuring that applications are made for product approvals and exemption permits at a diverse range of authorities.- Ensuring optimum stock management (defining minimum order quantities, optimum batch sizes, minimum stocks etc.) in consultation with Customer Service and Group Supply Chain.- Creating and managing optimum declaration recommendations for overseas customers and a diverse range of information documents for customers in accordance with legal requirements in the company IT systems.- Optimal and consequent usage of the digital systems and initiation of optimizations for a penetrating digitization of the business processes.- Implementing the operative targets (e.g. portfolio business, new business, new business fields/portfolio management) for the area of responsibility, taking long-term strategic corporate targets into account.
