Job Responsibility:
- Deliver NIKE brand culture and product knowledge.
- Project management, connect with brand company project leaders, and implement brand company training projects in the region.
- Customer management, connect with regional partner retail trainer, Build and maintain cooperative relationships with them, promote and implement various training projects implemented by brand companies.
- Through store visit, find the common retail problems in stores, and provide targeted training support for each region based on existing project content.
- Responsible for area new store training, x-function cooperation, and helping partner promote and improve store services.
- Focus on partners talent athlete cultivation, inspire and coach them to develop.
