工作職責(zé)：
1、收集、整理造型各階段工程可行性問題，及時(shí)整合成有效的管理清單，問題狀態(tài)及時(shí)更新并實(shí)時(shí)溝通、發(fā)布；
2、組織、參加對(duì)接會(huì)議和各類升級(jí)會(huì)議、記錄相關(guān)問題結(jié)論，有效管理并指導(dǎo)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)修改并檢查；
3、識(shí)別重難點(diǎn)問題、突出管理，有效識(shí)別并提供合理的技術(shù)方案，控制問題風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；
4、了解造型開發(fā)中的各環(huán)節(jié)的工作邏輯，支持造型各階段技術(shù)輸入、輸出，對(duì)標(biāo)、驗(yàn)證，確保造型落地；
5、支持團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)包括工作流程優(yōu)化、共性問題復(fù)盤等等。

1. Collect and organize feasibility issues for each stage of the design project, integrate them into an effective management list and update the status in time, communicate and release them in real time.
2. Organize and participate in docking meetings and various upgrade meetings, record relevant issue conclusions,manage and guide data modify and inspect effectively.

任職資格：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷, 10年以上汽車工程或設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、有一定的工程專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備（如總布置、車身、車燈、座椅等），對(duì)國內(nèi)外汽車法規(guī)有一定了解；
3、掌握基本的三維軟件操作（如CATIA、ALIAS等）；
4、英語能滿足日常工作需求，交流無障礙，書寫流暢；
5、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力強(qiáng), 積極主動(dòng), 較強(qiáng)的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
6、對(duì)汽車設(shè)計(jì)有高度興趣，能很好的理解造型意圖，熟悉造型設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)流程。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years of experience in automotive engineering or design.
