Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Mission

Your mission is to support small feeder development and industrialization

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

61 Support screw feeder local engineering related activity, as main contact point between Division project team and ICA

61 Responsible on screw feeding product in house testing and validation

61 Support field test activity

61 Provide engineering and basic design idea to project team in division

61 Collaborate with local sourcing team to speed up sourcing of prototype parts and supplier validation

61 Continuously gather customer inputs on technical needs and coming changes in production environment e.g., by doing VoCs and customer visits with sales.

61 Lead local adaptations for specific screw size

61 Coordinate cross functional team for different activities mentioned above





任務(wù)職責(zé)包括但不限于:

61 提供小螺絲送釘機(jī)開發(fā)相關(guān)的本地工程技術(shù)支持，作為總部項目團(tuán)隊和ICA之間的主要溝通窗口

61 負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)部測試和驗證

61 支持客戶現(xiàn)場測試活動

61 為總部項目團(tuán)隊提供送釘機(jī)相關(guān)的基本工程設(shè)計建議

61 與本地采購團(tuán)隊合作加快原型機(jī)相關(guān)零部件的采購和供應(yīng)商的驗證

61 持續(xù)收集客戶技術(shù)需求，關(guān)注客戶生產(chǎn)方式的變化

61 負(fù)責(zé)送釘機(jī)螺釘相關(guān)部分的本地設(shè)計

61 基本獨(dú)立的協(xié)調(diào)跨部門團(tuán)隊完成上述職責(zé)
