Summary:

Responsible for assessing, insuring, and improving the reliability of company’s products 負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品可靠性的評估和改善

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist the reliability engineers to perform the new process and product reliability qualification; 協(xié)助可靠性工程師進(jìn)行新工藝和產(chǎn)品可靠性驗(yàn)證；

2. Assist the reliability engineers to do the reliability failure verification, root cause analysis and corrective action efforts; 協(xié)助可靠性工程師進(jìn)行可靠性失效驗(yàn)證，最終原因分析以及改進(jìn)措施的實(shí)施；

3. Assisting the determination of the reliability performance per the test result and publication of reliability report; 根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果評定產(chǎn)品可靠性并出具可靠性報(bào)告；

4. Interfacing with customers on the quality, reliability and qualification related issues; 協(xié)助解決客戶端出現(xiàn)的品質(zhì)，可靠性和檢測的相關(guān)問題；

5. Maintaining the reliability database system. 維護(hù)可靠性數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)。

6. Perform other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上級交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。

REQUIREMENTS:

1. B.S. or above in electronics or Physics; background in statistics and reliability theory is a plus; 電子/物理學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)及可靠性相關(guān)知識背景;

2. Good knowledge of analog circuit, device physics, wafer process, assembly/package, etc. 具備模擬電路，器件，工藝，封裝等相關(guān)行業(yè)知識;

3. Good communication skills (both oral and written English) 良好的英語讀寫能力;

4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; 責(zé)任心及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
