Work Responsibility:
1.制定平臺分廠持續(xù)改進計劃
Set platform plant continuous improvement plan
2.開展直接及間接領(lǐng)域的改善型研討會
Conduct improvement seminars in direct and indirect areas
3.研討會、目視化 、5S 工作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化
Workshop / visualization / standardization of 5S work
3.開展 KPS 領(lǐng)域的員工培訓(xùn)
Conduct employee training in KPS field
4.工作流程（ SAB/MTM ）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化
Standardization of workflow（ SAB/MTM ）
5.檢查康采恩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的執(zhí)行情況（ 5S 狀態(tài)檢查）
Check the implementation of Konzern standards (5S status check)
6. KVP/ 勞率 /VBZ/HPU等報告事宜整理
Reporting matters (KVP / labor rate / VBz /HPU）
7.引入規(guī)范化建議管理
Introduce standardized suggestion management
8.檢查 M@WEB 措施庫的內(nèi)容質(zhì)量
Check M@WEB content quality measure Library
9.對各車間持續(xù)改進完成情況和改善成果做總結(jié)
Make a summary of the continuous improvement and improvement results of each workshop
10.開展項目相關(guān)的其他工作
Carry out other work related to the project

資質(zhì)要求Quality Requirment

1.學(xué)歷Education
大學(xué)本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above

2.專業(yè)Major

工業(yè)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)
Industrial engineering or related majors

3.外語Language
良好的英語或者德語口語及書面表達
Good oral and written English or German

4.工作經(jīng)驗Work Experience:
5 年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
At least 5 years related working experience

5.能熟練使用辦公軟件 掌握精益生產(chǎn)、 IE MTM 的理論和工作方法；具備主持、管理能力

Be able to skillfully use office software and master the theories and working methods of lean production and IE MTM; Hosting and management ability
