Job Purpose
A key position in driving success of Direct-to-consumer Retail (DTCR), ie. The Disney Store and TDS China.
Lead the Product Planning team to plan and manage OTB, product strategies, the assortment purchase and intake of stock with consumer insights in mind to maximize sales and margin to achieve all financial targets.
Oversee store product operation to deliver the magical experience for both our guests and cast members.
