Major Responsibilities:
80 Support to promote lean culture within organization.
80 NPS standard implementation
80 Collect the cost reduction/continue improvement items from other Dept. regular meeting with cross function team follow up the progress.
80 Breakdown and analysis monthly MFG unit cost performance, work with MFG take action and monitor the progress.
80 Support NPS Dept organize some monthly/quarterly activity
80 Others task assigned by Dept.

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
80 College or Bachelor degree
80 IE/Lean work experience and familiar with Manufacturing process.
80 Understood the IE/Lean tool/concept, such as 7 wastes, OEE, standard hours, SMED, Pull-system, etc.
80 Able to demonstrate qualified skill to operator and willing to work at the floor with operator
80 Strong self-learning ability
80 Good organization and coordination ability.
Experience:
80 3 Years minimum experience in manufacturing plant, automotive industry experience preferred
80 IE/Lean experience is preferred.
