1. Project/product management; ramp-up New Product on-time, maintain daily project..
2. Awareness of quality management system of Automotive manufacture.
3. New Project leader in MSE, coordinating within China, and Gloable product team.
4. Close cooperation with all engineering and production.
5. Coordinator of customer audit.
6. Setting-up and controlling schedules: Toolings, materials, EWAK, QZ test, until SOP
7. Daily maintain running product, especially Engineering changes, customer requirement
8. Drive Continuous improvement of the product on Cost, Quality
9. Engineering, and IE background for internal owner follow up and driving improvement project.
10. Industrial engineering for production process
