崗位職責：
Docking work for mold transfer work at the time of introduction of foreign products;
國外產(chǎn)品導入時模具轉(zhuǎn)移工作的對接工作；
Design of mold drawings and ancillary parts, mold flow analysis, management and transfer of drawings;
模具圖紙極其附屬件的設(shè)計、模流分析、圖紙的管理及傳遞；
Continuous improvement of mold effectiveness and optimization of mold structure to continuously reduce costs and improve product quality;
模具使用效果的持續(xù)改進以及模具結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化，以不斷降低成本及提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；
Develop and management of systems for monitoring process parameters for mold preparation
開發(fā)和管理監(jiān)控模具準備工藝參數(shù)的系統(tǒng)
Determine attributive and variable process parameters to effectively control the manufacturing processes
確定屬性和可變工藝參數(shù)以有效控制制造過程
Monitor internal and external quality data and support failure root cause analysis, development and implementation of actions to resolve quality shortfalls
監(jiān)控內(nèi)部和外部質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)和支持失敗的根本原因分析、制定和執(zhí)行解決質(zhì)量缺陷的措施

崗位要求：
experience in gravity casting mold design and process development
模具設(shè)計工藝開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗。
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mold design and related majors
大學本科以上學歷，模具設(shè)計及相關(guān)專業(yè)
English Language Requirements: Fluent speaker, able to communicate exclusively in English
英文要求：口語流利，能完全用英文進行交流。
Professional software application ability: proficient in magma application, proficient in UG, proe, or solderworks drawing software.
專業(yè)軟件應用能力：精通Magma的應用，精通UG、Proe、或者Soldworks畫圖軟件。
