Job Responsibility
1. Support TA Team to arrange interviews
2. Support TA Team to send new staff’s onboarding details before Staff is on board
3. Collect weekly prioritized vetting candidate name list to vetting team and make sure vetting team’s quick reply
4. To manage administrative and logistics support to Talent Acquisition team as when required
5. Act with courageous integrity and behave according to HSBC's values during the day to day operations within the team
