Key Responsibilities
61 Develop strong and solid pipeline and update it in SFDC timely.
61 Deliver agreed sales AOP.
61 Develop account planning through the sales process.
61 Organize and lead internal RFQ/proposal review and pricing/bid strategy meetings.
61 Prepare and issue commercial offers.
61 Draft, negotiate, and finalize appropriate agreements to close deals.
61 Forecast sales with high accuracy - Project description, estimated contract value, timing, probabilities and actions.
61 Prepare project specific sales strategies for each sales event.
61 Gather competitive intelligence for submission to Line Managers and Business.
61 Manage receivable collection efforts with finance staff.
61 Complete win/loss reports for projects in a timely fashion.
61 Manage the interface with key clients.
61 Assist in identifying and communicating cross-SBU project opportunities to the relevant SBU
61 Ability to develop or assist Sales Leader in developing sales strategies to drive growth.
YOU MUST HAVE
61 Bachelor's degree (or above) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
61 At least 10 years Sales and/or technical experience with preference given to refinery
