Responsibilities:
1. Manage the disassembly process steps and complete process development during the vehicle disassembly process.
2. Develop standardized disassembly procedures based on the vehicle BOM and original manufacturer’s technical documentation. Compile disassembly work instructions, specifying the required disassembly tools and their parameter settings.
3. Collaborate with 3rd plant to design and review disassembly station layouts and tooling solutions. Plan material flow paths to improve operational efficiency.
4. Regularly provide training to teams ,and organize practical assessments periodically.
5. Establish a feedback mechanism for process exceptions, optimize disassembly guidance, promote standardized procedures, and enhance disassembly efficiency.
6. Support for the foreign engineering teams to achieve the validation of overseas production line modifications and guide them through the assembly process.
Experiences:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of experience in vehicle assembly process development.
2. Fluent English.
3. Experience in non-standard tooling design and DKD export projects is preferred.
