This role demands an individual with superior legal acumen, fluency in both English and Mandarin, and the capability to furnish strategic legal guidance to our commercial endeavors. A bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a respected Chinese institution is compulsory. An advanced legal degree from a Western jurisdiction (such as LL.M., JD) is highly recommended. · Possession of a China Bar license is required. · A minimum of 10 years of legal practice, including substantial experience in mainland China.
