Responsibilities: 1. Serve as first-level support for product issues, communicate with customers and provide support 2. Work to triage or troubleshoot issues within assigned area Requirements: 1. Successful completion of Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Renewable energy or related Engineering fields 2. At least three years’ engineering or operational experience in European renewable energy markets 3. Proficient in various software packages preferred, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PVsyst 4. Proficient in various solar and storage technologies preferred, including photovoltaic modules, BESS modules, inverters and trackers 5. Proficient in SCADA, EMS and BMS systems are preferred 6. Have experience in dealing with problems, have good communication skills, and be willing to travel frequently 7. English language proficiency at least C1 level 8. Battery storage solutions experience are preferred 9. Experience in dealing with customers in critical situations preferred
