Job Purpose:
1. Ensure the safety, quality and velocity requirements of daily laboratory testing. 滿足實驗室日常檢測的需求，包括安全，質(zhì)量、速率等。

Job Duties:
1. Comply with the safety regulations and precautions of service venues, be able to identify safety risks, and make suggestions for safety improvements.
遵守崗位安全規(guī)定及注意事項，能對崗位安全風險進行識別并突出改進建議。
2. Be familiar with the principles of mechanical testing and sample requirements, inspect and accept mechanical testing samples according to operating procedures and drawing requirements, record and report quality issues.
熟悉力學檢測原理及樣品要求，按照操作規(guī)程和圖紙要求驗收力學檢測樣品，記錄并反饋質(zhì)量問題。
3. Operate the mechanical testing equipment in accordance with equipment safety operating procedures and standard requirements, record the test results, and issue a mechanical testing report. Including: hardness, tensile, impact, macro corrosion, cleanliness, fatigue, and non-metallic mechanical property tests, etc.
按照設(shè)備安全操作規(guī)程及標準要求，操作力學檢測設(shè)備，并記錄檢測結(jié)果，出具力學檢測報告。包括但不限于：硬度、拉伸、沖擊、宏觀腐蝕、清潔度、疲勞及非金屬力學性能測試等。
4. Report any abnormalities during the testing process, including: equipment, samples, environment, etc.
報告檢測過程中的異常，包括但不限于： 設(shè)備、樣品、環(huán)境等。
5. Management of mechanical testing samples, including: storage, disposal, retesting, etc.
力學檢測樣品管理，包括但不限于：儲存、報廢、再檢測等。
