Job Summary
Engineer for IC final test machine, which include pick place, Tri-temperature testing, high voltage high current testing, and AOI inspection.
Technical capability evaluation for new machine type or new model or new technology
NPI:
- New machine pre-acceptance and Custom Clearance document preparation
- Prepare the machine setup checklist by risk analysis.
- New machine setup and release, and machine OPL follow up with supplier.
- Define the machine instruction and maintenance plan.
- Define the spare part stock and keep in reasonable stock level.
- Training and guiding service team for machine maintenance
- Co-work with NPI team to setup the production process flow and integrate with MES system.
- Co-work with NPI team to prepare the related CP and FMEA
- Support New product ramp up till SOP.
CIP/RPP:
- MTBF/MTTR/MOC owner
- Leading team to improvement the machine KPI performance
- Leading team to reduce machine operation cost.
- Reduce the contact failure rate by tooling design change.
- Reduce the CT to improve the machine capacity.
- Reduce the quality risk with the systematic way.
Maintenance:
- Leading team to define the systematic way for training and guiding service technician to do trouble shooting and maintenance.
- 3rd level technical support for machine troubleshooting
- Define and update the regular maintenance plan. E.g., kappa instruction
Expert of problem-solving logic and method
Job Responsibilities
Owner of final testing equipment.
Process improvement, production line support.
Trainer of service technician
Guiding and leading team to improve the machine performance.
Qualification Requirements
1.Education:Electrical/Mechanical related Bachelor
2.Working Experience:
（1）. 8~12 years’ experience in semiconductor equipment
（2）. New product/new machine introduce experience
（3）. Experience working on overseas projects
3.Knowledge/Skills:
（1）. Good electrical/mechanical fundamental.
（2）. Demonstrated trouble shooting skill.
（3）. Process improvement/localization.
（4）. Familiar with the vision system
