Major Responsibilities:
80 Works in cooperation with other Nexteer functions to make the best supplier selection for Nexteer.
80 Negotiates contracts for prices and terms with outside suppliers.
80 Develops and maintains sourcing strategies in cooperation with other regions.
80 Follows market price trends and general business activities.
80 Manages supplier commercial issues.
80 Ensures compliance to GSM Policies and Procedures.
80 Establishes Annual Material Budget and performs monthly budget analysis.
80 Works with suppliers and Nexteer resources to identify, develop and implement material cost savings.
80 Manage supplier from kickoff to EOP, include PO update, capacity management, change implement etc.
80 Support to solve the delivery and quality issue for SOP components


Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
80 Have a 4yr University degree in Business or Engineering
80 Able to function independently with minimal supervision
