工作內(nèi)容：
- Assist GM to develop external client relationship and ensure their understanding on value propositions of AIG JS multinational and specialty products, services. 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理發(fā)展外部客戶關(guān)系，確保他們了解AIG JS跨國(guó)公司和專業(yè)產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)的價(jià)值主張。
- Assist GM to connect with Jiangsu Provincial Government Finance Department, Chamber of Commerce, Trade Promotion Association and other government departments to promote AIG’s MNA business development strategy. 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理與江蘇省政府財(cái)政廳、商會(huì)、貿(mào)易促進(jìn)會(huì)等政府部門溝通，推動(dòng)AIG的MNA（并購(gòu)與重組）業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
- To independently handle major cases and make presentation to clients and distribution partners and become an ambassador of AIG multinational business in Jiangsu. 獨(dú)立處理重大案件，向客戶和分銷合作伙伴進(jìn)行演示，并成為AIG跨國(guó)業(yè)務(wù)在江蘇的大使。
- Assist GM to develop partnership strategy and action plans to achieve the production budget and engagement targets. 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理制定合作伙伴戰(zhàn)略和行動(dòng)計(jì)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)預(yù)算和參與目標(biāo)。
- Responsible for JS online marketing activities. 負(fù)責(zé)江蘇分行公司在線營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)。


任職要求：
- Minimum of 1-2 years or above of experience in business development. 至少1-2年或以上業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Bachelor’s Degree or above. 本科及以上學(xué)歷
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with all levels of management, and build strong relationships both internally and externally. 優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧，能夠與各級(jí)管理層合作，并在內(nèi)部和外部建立牢固的關(guān)系。
