工作內(nèi)容和職責(zé)：
1. Responsible for supply plan of components, place purchasing orders for the requirement of the material.
2. Ensure prompt delivery to customers
3. Continues improve the components inventory turn
4. Monitor supply to ensure their availability to support production schedule
5. Generate pick-slip for shipment
6. Involve in set up and implementation of ERP system on components order
7. to set up the Milk run system for the local supplier;
8. to set up Supply Kanban system for local supplier;
9. Establish order fulfillment process flow
10. settle the payment with financial department for the invoice offset by providing support documents from Logistics side.

專業(yè)知識(shí)要求：
1. Basic knowledge of mechanical, chemical products and components,
2. Be familiar with MRP knowledge and skill, QAD is preferred.
3. Continuous improvement methodology
4. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in plant material plan/purchasing, preferably in Auto industry for the chemical
