Responsibilities：
1.Quality Management
Establish and maintain product quality assurance systems to meet company and customer requirements.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Monitor and control quality throughout the production process to ensure process stability.
2.Team Leadership
Manage the PQE team, assign tasks, and provide guidance to enhance team capabilities.
Organize training sessions to improve proficiency in quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).
3.Customer
