Position: Major Tasks

Acquisition and maintenance of medical insurance codes; Dynamically maintain the product information database, collect and analyze product access data; Responsible for projects such as Sunshine Network, Provincial and Municipal Standards, VBP, etc., and participate in key links such as policy influence, policy interpretation, product market analysis, bidding strategy decision, and product information declaration.
Responsible for provincial price charges in the region, understand the laws and regulations related to the medical device industry, and lead the government affairs related work such as various procurement platforms for medical insurance prices;

配合中央政府負責(zé)本區(qū)域內(nèi)醫(yī)療耗材/處方藥產(chǎn)品的市場準入；根據(jù)公司制度開展招投標工作的前期準備，協(xié)助招投標工作及相關(guān)材料的準備；
把握招投標關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，在招標公告發(fā)布后的跟蹤、入圍、報價及配送的全過程中，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品中標目標；
醫(yī)保編碼的獲取與維護；動態(tài)維護產(chǎn)品信息數(shù)據(jù)庫，收集并分析產(chǎn)品準入數(shù)據(jù)； 負責(zé)陽光采集網(wǎng)、省市標準、VBP 等項目，并參與政策影響、政策解讀、產(chǎn)品市場分析、招標策略決策及產(chǎn)品信息申報等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。。

負責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)省級定價工作，了解醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，并主導(dǎo)與各類醫(yī)保價格采購平臺相關(guān)的政府事務(wù)工作；

在具體的準入項目方面，能夠清晰描繪重要決策客戶，如果必要，參與相關(guān)客戶交流，梳理準入解決方案路徑，并組織協(xié)調(diào)各方資源以達成目標；

建立并維護與區(qū)域內(nèi)醫(yī)保局、公共資源交易中心等政府部門的客戶關(guān)系
