Summary: This is an IC design lead position in our Display Power team. His responsibilities range from specifying design targets, through block partitioning, transistor level design and layout supervision to the validation and debugging of the fabricated silicon. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Circuit design of building blocks, including analog design of key blocks 2. Analysis and optimization of performance 3. Design verification 4. IC layout follow up 5. Design for test, yield, reliability 6. Cooperate with the digital team to define system architecture 7. Write documentation for design and architectures 8. Participate in the evaluation of silicon in the lab REQUIREMENTS: 1. MSEE degree, 10 years of experience in OLED Driver is preferred 2. Familiar with CMOS or BCD process and devices 3. Proficient with CAD tool environment and mixed-signal simulation 4. Ability to work independently while coordinating with analog, digital, layout and test engineers 5. Project Management experience 6. Self-motivated
