Key Responsibilities 主要職責
1.Lead the research, analysis and optimization of core production processes, formulate standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and promote their effective implementation.
主導核心生產(chǎn)工藝的調(diào)研、分析與優(yōu)化，制定標準化作業(yè)流程（SOP）并推動有效落地。
2.Apply Lean Production tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to identify process waste, improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
運用精益生產(chǎn)工具（如 5S、持續(xù)改進、價值流圖等）識別流程浪費，提升生產(chǎn)效率并降低制造成本。
3.Research and develop rework technical solutions for non-conforming products, continuously optimize rework processes, and expand the types and scope of reworkable products.
研究制定不合格品返工技術方案，持續(xù)優(yōu)化返工流程，拓展可返工產(chǎn)品的種類與范圍。
4.Investigate and evaluate advanced automated equipment and tooling, promote their introduction, commissioning and application to solve key technical bottlenecks in production.
調(diào)研評估先進自動化設備與工裝，推動其引入、調(diào)試與應用，解決生產(chǎn)中的關鍵技術瓶頸。
5.Cooperate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, R
