RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Install, support and maintain new IT desktop systems hardware and software.

6. Complete and/or escalate user helpdesk requests timely for efficient resolution

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or above with major in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information management
本科及以上學歷，計算機科學，信息技術(shù)，信息管理等專業(yè)
2. ≥2 years’ experience in IT System
兩年及以上信息技術(shù)運維經(jīng)驗
3. MS Windows Servers, Services and OS.
熟悉Windows服務(wù)器操作系統(tǒng)與服務(wù)
4. MS Windows 10/11.
熟悉微軟Windows客戶端操作系統(tǒng)知識
5. MS Office 365, Exchange Online.
了解Office 365服務(wù)與產(chǎn)品技術(shù)，熟悉Exchange Online服務(wù)
6. AD, DHCP, DNS, Cisco ISE NAC.
了解活動目錄、動態(tài)主機配置協(xié)議、域名系統(tǒng)、思科ISE網(wǎng)絡(luò)準入等技術(shù)
7. Network/Internet Technologies, networking and subnet networking.
了解基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識，熟悉子網(wǎng)劃分
8. Particular office software support.
熟悉常用辦公軟件的支持
9. Good people and communication skills (English, Chinese).
