Responsibilities:

Executive and Administrative Support
? Coordinate day-to-day work activities of China Head.
? Provide secretarial duties to China Head by communicating with senior management.
? Support with business report preparation, presentation material and agenda
? Proactively support perform projects and assignments from GM, like annual dinner, outing and other activities
? Provide administrative support to senior management and visitors

Requirements:
? Bachelor of degree or above.
? Business proficiency reading and writing in English. Fluent oral English is a plus.
? 2 years of working experience in Executive Assistant
? Good communications, pleasant, passion, well organized and detail oriented
? Excellent skills in MS Outlook, Words and PowerPoint etc.
