Job Responsibilities:
1) Achieve advertising goals across different platforms and channels based on departmental promotion objectives.
2) Monitor advertising data, optimize ads based on data analysis to continuously reduce costs and improve ROI.
3) Analyze and predict market trends based on product needs, develop advertising plans and financial budgets, and regularly submit related market analysis reports and optimization plans.
4) Enhance overall advertising capabilities and continuously improve the advertising workflow.
5) Establish best practices and advisory support to other markets to improve their digital presence and marketing performance.
6) Work with regional marketing teams to adapt global campaigns to local markets, ensuring that regional marketing efforts align with the overall strategy while addressing market-specific needs and opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; proficiency in English for work purposes; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
Experience:
Over 5 years of experience in marketing/media promotion.
Hands-on experience with China and oversea digital marketing tools and platforms
Driven by data, and able to identify opportunities through rational insights
Skills: High data and market sensitivity, innovative mindset, strong analytical and judgment skills, and excellent communication and influence abilities.
數(shù)字廣告經(jīng)理, 全球數(shù)字營(yíng)銷部
崗位職責(zé):
1.根據(jù)部門推廣目標(biāo),完成不同平臺(tái)和渠道的廣告投放目標(biāo);
2.監(jiān)控投放數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)廣告進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,不斷降低投放成本、提高投產(chǎn);
3.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求,對(duì)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行分析和預(yù)判,制定廣告投放計(jì)劃和財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算,并定期提交相關(guān)市場(chǎng)分析報(bào)告和優(yōu)化方案;
4.提高整體的投放能力,不斷完善投放工作流程;
5. 為海外市場(chǎng)建立***實(shí)踐案例并提供建議支持,以提升其數(shù)字化營(yíng)銷表現(xiàn);
6. 與區(qū)域營(yíng)銷團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,將全球營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)作出合適的調(diào)整,確保區(qū)域營(yíng)銷策略與整體戰(zhàn)略一致,同時(shí)滿足海外市場(chǎng)需求和機(jī)會(huì);
任職要求:
1. 學(xué)歷:本科及以上優(yōu)先,英語可作為工作語言,會(huì)粵語優(yōu)先;
2. 從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn):5年以上市場(chǎng)/媒介推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn), 在品牌影響力及站外ROI 提升方面有顯著效果;
具備中國(guó)及海外數(shù)字營(yíng)銷工具和平臺(tái)的實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn);
能夠通過數(shù)據(jù)挖掘, 洞察市場(chǎng)潛在機(jī)會(huì);
3.技能:具備較高的數(shù)據(jù)及市場(chǎng)敏銳度和創(chuàng)新意識(shí),有較強(qiáng)的分析判斷力和溝通影響力。
