Senior Performance Marketing Executive
About the job
Responsibilities:
● Develop Strategies: Develop and execute effective strategies for paid media platforms, including paid search, and paid social in China Hong Kong, China ***, Netherland, Malaysia, etc.
● Coordination with Agencies: Collaborate with external agencies to align on campaign execution and ensure marketing goals are met.
● Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance results.
● Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated effectively across all paid channels. Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account managers and internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
● Reporting: Create regular performance reports that provide actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies.
● Stay Informed: Keep current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective, while identifying new opportunities in digital advertising.
Requirements:
● Proven experience executing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok.
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field’s
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results.
● High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; able to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and projects independently.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
● Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
● Frequent Travel to Hong Kong (at least once a week) is required.

4. 預(yù)算管理:合理把控營(yíng)銷預(yù)算,優(yōu)化各付費(fèi)渠道的投放,并根據(jù)關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)(KPI)調(diào)整策略。
5. 跨團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作:與客戶經(jīng)理及內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密配合,確保各渠道品牌信息的一致性。
6. 數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告:定期生成投放效果報(bào)告,提供可落地的洞察以優(yōu)化未來(lái)營(yíng)銷決策。
7. 行業(yè)洞察:持續(xù)關(guān)注行業(yè)趨勢(shì)、工具及***實(shí)踐,確保策略創(chuàng)新高效,并挖掘數(shù)字廣告新機(jī)遇。
任職要求:
8. 熟悉Google Ads、Meta(Facebook/Instagram)及TikTok等平臺(tái)的付費(fèi)廣告投放。
9. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、工商管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
10. 至少3年效果營(yíng)銷經(jīng)驗(yàn),擅長(zhǎng)通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)。
11. 熟練使用Microsoft Office(Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。
12. 具備優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析及問(wèn)題解決能力,能通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化營(yíng)銷策略。
13. 自驅(qū)力強(qiáng)、注重細(xì)節(jié),能獨(dú)立高效推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。
14. 出色的中英文溝通及協(xié)作能力,能與團(tuán)隊(duì)及利益相關(guān)者高效合作。
15. 需頻繁出差香港(每周至少一次)。
