Position Overview
Join L'Oréal's Skincare OD Development Team as a key contributor to innovative LID OD skin projects. This role ensures technical excellence, seamless formula development, and timely market launches while upholding L'Oréal's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with LID DMI, vendors, evaluation teams, PD, OD corporate, sourcing, and global OD labs
Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure smooth progression from concept to commercialization
Maintain strong vendor partnerships for consistent product quality and timely information updates
Oversee launch product quality validation including stability, compatibility, microbiological testing, HMs, and specification establishment
Monitor competitor products, track marketing trends, and gather consumer insights through regular collaboration with relevant Loreal teams. Keep exchanging with LID team for all these information.
